Good Luck is so, so very amazing. They have a power punk feel, but with stunning guitar work (just try to follow his leads, unreal), precision drumming by Mr. Harping Jr. and a female vocalist who in my opinion rivals any punk/indie female vocalist currently rocking like Brody of the Distillers or the likes.5/5(1).

1st Pressing: copies total including Blue Mix, Clear Green Mix, Milky, Gray/Blue Mix, Brown Mix, Dark Opaque Green Mix (this), Yellow Mix & Raspberry Mix variations. The band took copies of the LP from the label before the vinyl was checked so the exact numbers of each colour variation are unknown. Other Versions (5 of 11) View All.

Into Lake Griffy is one of the few albums that I can always relate to regardless of mood. The subtle evocation of the inexpressible never ceases to amaze. One thing to understand about Good Luck's execution of sound is that they like to polarize at times, and the two lead singers express that both lyrically and sonically throughout the album.

Good Luck start their debut with "How to Live Here," a song that sets the tone for the whole album: It's fast without being aggressive, melancholy without being navel gazing, positive without being a put-on. Good Luck Into Lake Griffy () self-released. Reviewer justin August September 12th
